Beware of the CMTS group in Chelmsford, MA. There is a very high turnover rate, primarily due to three individuals within that group. These are non-professionals who seem to have risen through the ranks by default. I was warned by a recruiter (not the one who placed me) before I joined, but I accepted the assignment anyway. They have a very negative attitude towards contract personnel.
Management should appoint a professional to manage that particular group.
