Below average hikes, and I've been here for nearly two years. I didn't see lots of people getting promoted.
I had 3 rounds in total. I was asked about my previous experience, and questions were targeted on my projects. They gave me Python and SQL questions to solve, and some questions on AWS.
Initial screening call with the Recruiter. Meeting with the Hiring Manager to discuss the role and my experience relevant to the role. Meeting with the person doing the same role in the US, and then a final meeting with the Director of HR.
The interview was two parts: one behavioral and one technical. The technical part mostly focused on my resume and experience, with one data structure question that I had to solve on a whiteboard. The interview was fairly laid back.
