Work-life balance; the environment is good.
- We need to ask for a promotion/hike, otherwise we might fall in the bell curve.
- No prenatal leave.
- No baby care for now.
Parental leave should be provided by the leave policy. It is like respect for fatherhood. Usually, Indian companies follow this.
When I asked management, they replied, "There is no such clause for mandatory parental leave in the IPC (constitution)."
