Pros

Work-life balance; the environment is good.

Cons
  1. We need to ask for a promotion/hike, otherwise we might fall in the bell curve.
  2. No prenatal leave.
  3. No baby care for now.
Advice to Management

Parental leave should be provided by the leave policy. It is like respect for fatherhood. Usually, Indian companies follow this.

When I asked management, they replied, "There is no such clause for mandatory parental leave in the IPC (constitution)."
