Engineer
Painstaking, long steps, and a lot of bureaucratic fluff making it stressful. A week or two in between each stage. However, the recruiter was very open and communicative about this process. Very open thread of communication.
Automation Engineer
45-minute behavioral interview with a general technical question. For the majority of the time, we talked about my education and previous experiences. There was also a quick system design question. The hiring manager and others were very friendly.
Engineering Manager
The technical interview is fully hands-on. Once selected in the first round, it is easy, as the second round consists mostly of interpersonal skill questions. AWS and Kubernetes experience is an added advantage.
