The hiring and interview process was very smooth, but that was 10 years ago. Comcast had just started their Voice program, so they didn't ask any specific questions since I was doing exactly the same things at my previous company. I got the offer in

3-phase: interview and test, with a live code challenge. Interviewed with several senior team members and answered basic code questions. Was also given a take-home test to complete and hand in.
Software Engineer
A quite simple process. They did an initial screening and then multiple assessments to gain knowledge of your skill set. After that, they show you how well you scored on the assessments.
