Comcast is a great place to work, but not the highest paying
The company has many opportunities to move up, such as:
- Educational benefits
- Recent incentives
- Insurance
It's not the best organizational structure. It's inefficient and decentralized, and change is often challenging and not usually sought.
It will be very hard to keep talent when the company keeps turning a high profit but doesn't let that trickle down.

The first round was an online assessment, which had 86 questions and 11 sections. Three coding questions were asked, and the process was held with the mobile camera on throughout the assessment.
