The majority of interest work is still on the way to the Chennai teams. Currently, it appears to me that the scope for interesting work with more autonomy is minimal in Chennai.
Be more proactive in suggesting and driving interesting and business impactful initiatives.

Interview happened only 20 min; no technical questions, no behavioral questions, just asked, "Tell me about yourself," and done. After two weeks, there was no response from HR. They don't have the guts to say your profile was not shortlisted. I have
Software Development Engineer (SDE)
I was asked by the interviewer why Comcast, etc., etc. Also, some basic coding questions were asked, like counting the occurrences of a given string, etc. Overall, an easy interview to crack. You can answer in your desired coding language.

Good. It consists of basic questions, but we have to explain them with practical and scenario-based questions. It can be easily cleared if we are good at these questions. Some will have cross-questions.
