You will have 3 levels of interviews, followed by HR. There are 2 rounds from India and 1 round from the USA. All are 1-hour interviews, focusing mostly on basics. If anyone refers you, you have a high chance of being selected.

Panel interview with multiple folks participating who asked job-related questions and about job history. Standard interview fare, and nothing out of the ordinary. I wasn't surprised by any of the process or the questions.
