Good workplace and good salary, but no proper medical policy. There is no separate sports space. The office is in a shared space here and there in the Phase 2 building.

It was good since it started growing in Chennai as a venture of the US model. Later, after adding more managers from service-based industries like HCL and others, they started screwing the model of product-based companies, enforcing politics, and worst management into this good organization. So it depends on which team you are in.

Please don't behave like a service-based industry where employees are treated poorly. Promote the right person in the team based on performance and outcomes.

Give genuine rating feedback. Don't take advantage of employees just entering the team, moving out of the team, or giving promotions with low ratings. These are cruel things that management performs.
