The online test, which contained aptitude, general English, work ethics, and Excel questions, was timed for an hour. Through a proctored test, the exam wasn't too tough. A preparation of one week will help you to clear the exam well.

Panel interview with multiple folks participating who asked job-related questions and about job history. Standard interview fare, and nothing out of the ordinary. I wasn't surprised by any of the process or the questions.
