Pros

Customer-facing and direct-contact employees are great at what they do.

Cons

Upper management lacks knowledge of the department they run. Technicians are in a hostile work environment. Poor competitive wages compared to other companies. Being innovative and creative is not encouraged.

Advice to Management

Customer opinion will continue to be poor until change is done.

One of the worst types of employees is a "Yes" person.

Many supervisors, managers, directors, and VPs are "Yes" people.

Employee morale is not great. Customers are not happy. Products are not the best.

It seems that everyone has a title and that's it.

I know supervisors, managers, and VPs who know nothing about the department they run. Many don't even know cable basics.
