Comcast (CIEC) India engineering centre is an extension to Comcast. It's a lesser-known brand/company due to its market being US-based. It's a fair company that tries its best to provide equal and fair opportunities to its employees. It's a good product company to learn a wide variety of tech stacks. We have year-long events to collaborate and work. Pay is decent and the company has a strong understanding of market demand to be competitive.
Workplace (infrastructure) improvements are needed. Sometimes it feels like too many things are going on, making it difficult to prioritize core activities.
I am sure we will improve every day together.
