Pros

Mostly free cable, free internet.

Cons

ZERO culture. Everyone just looks out for themselves.

Managers only care about what you can do for them so that they can advance their careers. They don't care about yours.

The bureaucracy is amazing. You can't get anything done without multiple approvals and months of paperwork.

Co-workers just phone it in. If you need help with anything, good luck! There was a running joke that it took 4 e-mails, ending with one to a VP, before you would even get a response.
