Helpful coworkers, a great management team. They are very understanding and nurturing, helping to grow skills and work on many projects.
Projects seem to take a while to generate a goal or purpose, which leaves a lot of time with not much productive work. Projects could be more streamlined with the actual purpose of each project at the center of each task.
