Opportunity to move within the company (in state or across the country). Good benefits. In-house training.
Customer service is horrific. By the time you make it to the customer, they are steaming mad. You are expected to do everything with very little support from management.
Poor recognition.
Workloads are too much to allow you to complete your jobs on most days, and then they give you more.
Very little support from local management, not the supervisors; they are in the same boat.
Too big for their britches!! They've lost touch with the customer base and are not trying to figure it out. Don't believe me? Go pick up a Consumer Yearly rating of Comcast. It was always in the bottom 3 when compared to smaller, local companies.
