Work was engaging if you cared at all about doing the work the right way. Making customers happy and getting their services working made me enjoy my job. Every job was different, and I was always learning something new. Coworkers were around to help out most of the time too.
The process started with a relatively standard, hour-long, automated online assessment, then a 30-minute interview with a manager, and then two separate online technical interviews with technical staff.
