Pros

Perks and benefits start day one.

  • Paid paternity leave
  • Paid vacation
  • Paid sick leave
  • Life insurance
  • 401k match
  • Employee stock purchase plan
  • 4-day work week
  • Fleet vehicle

A proactive work environment, work cell, and tablet are also included. The pros are truly never-ending, but these are the main ones.

Cons

The pay is a little low, but the perks and benefits more than make up for it. And if you hit your numbers, you are promoted quickly.

Advice to Management

Just one. I think it's silly that, as a technician, customer surveys play a role in your progression.

I am not a customer service rep. I'm there to fix things, not people.

But I guess I understand that I am one of the only people the customers see in person, and that it's important to the company to maintain a reputation.

This is the best job I've ever had. Management regularly asks for feedback, and the crazy part is they actually make changes just as regularly.
