Good benefits, mediocre middle management
Very good benefits, and the work culture is good at many places. Its monopoly in the MSO space has created a company that isn't going away soon.
Too much bureaucracy; middle management is too mediocre and they don't think about the company; too much favoritism and conflict of interest in many situations.
Promote people based on real, substantial accomplishments, and not because somebody knew how to use a tool and trained a few people on it.
