Senior management creates a lot of "buzz words" but never really follows through. Middle management is busy self-promoting. If you get a job here, ensure you come in at a high enough designation, since the management is old school and you need gray hair to move up. Overall, I'd say stay away!
Invest in your people. Get rid of management that is purely self-promoting. Identify the real workers and promote from within.
