Great benefits, salary, stock options, and bonus. Most of the people are great to work with and learn from. Lots of great talent at this company. Decent amount of opportunity to work on cool projects.
A few bad apples make work life more challenging at times, as some incompetent folks can sometimes stick around for too long and go unnoticed. This can sometimes drain the team's energy and focus. Otherwise, there are very smart people working at this company.
Get rid of folks who can't pull their weight or manage properly, as it can affect the productivity of an entire group.
