Free cable, flexible schedule, good salary.
Lousy corporate culture on so many levels.
After separation, all my ESPP stock was taken away. All of it, gone. Over the years, I thought I was investing in a tech company that appreciated its employees, rewarding them by allowing them to invest in their own future even more than what the company bestows.
Nope. Because I chose voluntary separation, all my ESPP has been rescinded.
None. They weren't interested when I worked there. Why start now?
First, there was an initial recruiter screening. Then, there was an in-person logical interview focused on Java to see if you understood the concepts of Java and OOP. Next, there was a technical interview with LeetCode-style questions.
It took a long time for them to schedule the interview. The interview was just talking to the hiring manager and then another engineer. It was easy. They did not ask many technical questions.
Had a good recruiter. About 3 rounds up to the director level. Phone interview, then two 2-person panel interviews. Pretty lengthy process spanning 2 months overall. I'm kind of annoyed I have to type more fluff in here because of Glassdoor.
