With the right manager and right group, there are ample opportunities for personal and professional development. The Digital Home group of Comcast has a lot of flexibility in what you want to work on, and there is a lot of internal mobility.
Everything I said really does depend on the group you are in. Digital Home is a fantastic group, but I have heard other groups where there is less flexibility.
Make your employees happy. Listen to eNPS scores. Hire great managers. Don't be evil.
Brief phone interview with HR. Technical screen with a member from the team. An interview at the site, which had four technical interviews one after another without a break. * One machine test where you have to code a problem with a person monit
The recruiter called me directly for a face-to-face interview. There were four interviews with people of different levels, including directors and senior software engineers. The interviewers were very nice. They asked relevant questions.
Phone Interview going over my resume and work I’ve done. Nothing too technical except a walkthrough on how a web server takes in a call. In person: Met hiring manager, tech team, and architect. Mainly easy going.
