Met in person with the hiring manager and 3-4 VP peers. Questions were around technical background, management philosophy, and managing key stakeholders. There was some discussion of leading remote and offshore teams.

There was an initial phone interview to basically see who you were and what interested you about the company. Next was an interview about coding questions from a team member. Finally, a phone call about the offer.

Alright, three sections: phone screen, technical interview, and manager interview. The phone screen was straightforward. The technical interview questions were fairly simple and mostly just to see my experience with the tools in the job description
