Great environment to work in. The open space has its pros and cons.
Not a lot of emphasis on training while interning, mostly self-learning.
Interviewed by two people. Primarily asked about resume and had a small technical problem at the end. Then was given behavioral questions/scenarios and how I would respond to them. Everyone was very friendly and gave a day-to-day of responsibilities.
It was easy because in Corona time we had to schedule online on Zoom. I had a first phone interview and a second one on Zoom. The phone interview was kind of easy, but the Zoom interview was more technical.
First, there was an initial recruiter screening. Then, there was an in-person logical interview focused on Java to see if you understood the concepts of Java and OOP. Next, there was a technical interview with LeetCode-style questions.
