The corporate culture is relaxed but professional. Compensation, benefits, and time-off policies are all very generous. Comcast HQ in downtown Philadelphia is a fantastic, modern building with the greatest cafeteria I have ever seen!
There really are no significant cons to working for this company, other than the fact that the company is HUGE. This may be a drawback for some personality types.
The company is well managed. I don't have any advice to offer.
Alright, three sections: phone screen, technical interview, and manager interview. The phone screen was straightforward. The technical interview questions were fairly simple and mostly just to see my experience with the tools in the job description
The interview process has 4 steps: 1. Online Assessment, for 90 minutes 2. Phone call interview, for 10 minutes 3. Technical round, for 1 hour 4. HR round, for 30 minutes
First round - online assessment. Second round - technical. Third round - HR. The whole interview process was average.
