Supposedly a good place once
Company policies and HR policies were really employee-centric when the company had low head counts in Chennai. This made employees who left the organization return as soon as possible.
Once more employees started coming back, the management started getting a god-like attitude. They forgot to uphold the same employee-centric policies that they followed at the beginning and became just another firm in the city.
