This is one of the best organizations to work for, best in class in the telecom domain, and fast-paced in line with market trends. It has a technically sound IT unit, and there is a lot to learn from the organization.

A lot more has to change from the HR team, to name a few:

• Non-responsive most of the time.

I regret leaving the organization and wouldn't have separated if HR was supportive and responsive to employee needs, especially if those needs are genuine in terms of market trends.

Suggestion to candidates planning to take Comcast India (CIEC): please be cautious in getting your apt financial component for your skills and position. Try to get as much as possible while joining itself, as the promotions aren't catchy and will result in a less than ideal percentage hike.

The HR team should mature a lot and be in line with current trends.
