Comcast offers a good work culture with no micromanagement. The firm provides flexible hours in terms of work. The work mode is a hybrid model, with a minimum of 12 days of work from office (WFO) a month. It is a great place to learn and grow in terms of career.
From my point of view, in terms of other product-based MNCs where I've worked previously, the free food might be an issue if you have worked in a firm where it was free and there was no charge to be paid. Other than this, there are no cons.
The interview was average. One lady interviewer came; she is a good person. She didn't make me afraid. Since I'm from the ECE department, they mostly asked HR questions.
Basics of Python, SQL, and AWS, and basic pipeline orchestration concepts. Solved most of the questions. The second round was mostly a managerial round where they asked more regarding my project and previous experience.
During my interview with Comcast, I had a multifaceted experience. It began with an initial meeting, where I noted that the interviewer appeared somewhat reserved. Despite this initial demeanor, they tried to establish a more comfortable atmosphere
