Stressful environment to work in, but I learnt a lot
- Ample resources to onboard
- Larger team
- Good teamwork
- Lesser time is given to onboard, leading to high levels of workplace stress.
- Remote work flexibility is unavailable.
- More work for lesser pay.
The business domain in certain groups is a little complicated to understand. Not enough time is given to onboard. Maybe some business areas need better management.
