Went from good to bad
It used to be a great place to work. Now the company is having financial issues, so there have been frequent layoffs and reorganizations. Everyone is now living in fear of layoffs.
4 days in the office each week. Frequent layoffs and reorgs. The company is not doing well. This is causing lots of talent to leave the company.
Don't trust senior management at all.
