I applied online through my university's careers site and scheduled an on-campus interview. I wasn't very prepared for the interview, but the interviewer was very cool, and we just chatted a little about what was on my resume and his own experiences

Phone call with HR, to make sure I'm not a robot or something. Then had a phone call with the woman in charge of recruiting for the team. After that, I was brought in for an on-site interview. That interview consisted of being in a conference room

Not too technical, mostly focused on my fit with the team. I was a candidate at the Grace Hopper Conference and had a couple of phone interviews. Then, I interviewed in person at the conference.
