Discounted employee home internet, cable TV, and security services. Good health care benefits. Choice of Mac or PC for laptop. Food quality in the cafeteria is good but expensive.
Seemingly annual Reduction in Force layoffs every fall. Very hard to get promoted or advanced, even with good annual reviews. They have built a new tech center in India; it seems like lots of US positions are being eliminated. The Return to Office policy was not implemented in a timely or fair way. Mandatory in-office days seem to be in place but are seldom enforced. Workspaces in the Comcast Tech Center are open space, with no partitions, and are very noisy. Bathrooms in CTC have no flush urinals and low airflow; by the end of the day, the restrooms stink.

Great interview process. Four to five members of the team came by and asked me questions about my past experience and also the past projects I did in school. Everyone was extremely friendly, and they described the position I might be taking on.

Recruiter phone screen. Take-home assessment: 1hr general skills knowledge. The take-home was to design an API proxy app that retrieved data from an API and then did something trivial to display that data.

After the telephonic technical interview, they scheduled a personal interview with five managers. After completion of this, they scheduled an HR interview. After the interview, they negotiated the salary. It was really nice.
