Work-life balance and the technologies one got to work with were nice.
I've worked in a lot of different places, and this was by far the least collaborative. There was way too much talking about people behind their backs, making fun of people, and yelling at people, etc.
It was like working with a bunch of high school kids with attitude problems. When I left on my last day, it felt like such a relief.
Again, I've worked in a lot of places as an engineer, and I strongly suggest looking somewhere else if the above does not sound good to you. We spend way too much of our lives working to spend it in situations like this.
