Pros

Discounted internet and TV services. That's about it.

Cons

Comcast is a legacy tech company.

Most departments are dealing with technology that has existed since the advent of the internet, intermixed with some new-age software frameworks to give the appearance of real innovation.

Most engineers are working in maintenance mode. There aren't many projects or divisions of the company working on anything industry-defining, and that just makes the work boring.

They are very much a company that is too big to fail.

Advice to Management

Pay engineers fair market value and focus on true innovation, instead of depending on your too big to fail position.
