- Good learning experience.
- Lots of people around to mentor you.
- Nice office if you work in CTC.
- Reasonable hours - lots of people leave around 4:15 to catch the train.
- Very dependent on which team you land on.
- Sociopathic leadership at times.
- Dumb corporate meetings.
- Constant reorganizations that make it hard to build strong teams.
Stop reshuffling people constantly. Treat employees like humans.
