I learned a lot and worked on exactly what I wanted. The team was a lot of fun.
The return offer is solely based on whether your team has the budget to extend one. This means for interns, if you are unlucky and get a team with no budget, you are kind of cooked.
None, management was fine, nothing out of the ordinary.
