Free cable and internet is a major plus. Work culture is highly dependent on the office. I had the opportunity to visit a few and would possibly have given it 5 stars overall had I worked at a different office. Bonuses were given. Time off policies were reasonable. Pay was reasonable.
These cons may not apply to all the different offices.
Training was given as a reward rather than to those who needed it. There was little room for personal growth, micromanagement, and policies promoted cronyism.
