Management is hostile, aggressive, and lacks understanding of what is required for teams and engineers to do their jobs effectively.
Comcast has a "fire them immediately" mentality. I have personally been threatened to be fired multiple times within the 6 months of starting.
Work 7 days a week with no comp off (on-call shifts).
You will be threatened many times professionally if you don't live up to expectations right away out of college.
Stop being aggressive, hostile, and threatening to your employees.
Allow for more work-life balance.
Stop hiring mean and aggressive managers to run teams.
It is getting rebellious.
