Pros

Great team and immediate leadership. Interesting work on exciting products and technology.

Cons

The problems come in from the C-level and VP-level folks being completely out of touch. Across the board, merit "raises" have not gotten close to keeping up with inflation despite record revenue and profits, which makes them effectively and functionally wage cuts for the overwhelming majority of employees.

There's a terrible response post-Covid regarding return-to-office versus remote work policies.

Advice to Management

When executives literally make more in one year than senior engineers can make in 75 years, something is profoundly wrong with how the company views compensation and benefits.
