I was happy with pay and benefits at first, but everything has steadily gone downhill over two years.
I’ve worked here over two years, and we’ve been short-staffed the entire time. Comcast simply pretends we’re not in a labor crisis, and we regularly have rejected job offers because we’re the lowest-paying in the industry. We don’t attract qualified candidates, and we don’t retain the more experienced employees who are needed to train new hires.
On top of this labor crisis, Comcast just mandated that you are not allowed to WFH for any reason Tuesday through Thursday. So, if you’re not in-office then it has to be PTO. This is such a slap in the face, as most employees were unhappy with the office situation in the first place.
There are also an incredible amount of fully remote employees on the same teams as those who are forced to be hybrid, so this decision is arbitrary and unfair. Now, if I have a cold or an injury but am otherwise capable of WFH, I have to not work and take PTO, which is obviously limited.
This also means people who are sick will come into the office because they don’t want to use PTO. This is absolutely backwards, in my opinion, and I am now job hunting.
While lower management genuinely wants to make things better, upper management never listens. Therefore, upper management never gives lower management the resources and power to make substantive improvements.
Application -> Initial Screening -> Video interview. The interview itself was mildly technical, but a lot of it was generic interview questions. Of course, a lot of the interview was behavioral, and they will explore your interpersonal skills, teamw

Three-step interview with managers, intense but friendly. The managers asked a lot of detailed questions related to testing experience, API, ADB, ability to write test cases, and user stories.
