Tech round: Interviewer was late to the call and had their camera off the whole time. Little feedback throughout except occasional questions. Prior to the interview I wanted some clarification on interview format but didn't receive any response from the recruiting team, despite having followed up multiple times - they seemed very nonchalant about candidate experience. Interview question was okay though not what I expected. Overall it doesn't seem like a very accepting team.
