Typical HM screen and technical rounds. Nothing out of the ordinary, except you bring your own IDE instead of using something like Coderpad.
They had me submit for one role, decided I’d be a better fit for another. Then in tech rounds switched up my scheduled interviewers.
My interviewer was audibly receiving and responding to Slack messages during the call, notification sounds and all. Super rude and disrespectful of my time. He didn’t even know which team I was interviewing for until I got to ask him questions!
“Oh, I don’t interact with this role day-to-day.”
Perfectly content to not be moving on with Commure. Red flags everywhere.
