Front End Engineer Interview Experience - London, United Kingdom

August 1, 2019
Negative ExperienceGot Offer

Process

The interview process was straightforward, conducted primarily via Coderpad and Zoom, and consisted of six stages.

I received an offer. However, after waiting 10 days for the necessary paperwork, they decided to withdraw it, stating I lacked sufficient experience for the role. This occurred just four days before my intended start date.

I don't understand why they extended an offer if they weren't certain I was the right fit for the position. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. While waiting for their decision, I turned down another offer and remained unemployed.
