I was constantly getting bombarded with emails from a sourcer, so I decided to chat with her.

This was one of the most unprofessional conversations I have had. The sourcer was unprepared and did not understand my profile or what they were looking for. She had no answers to my questions.

It was just like a telemarketer reading a script.

We ended the call with her asking me to go to their careers site to find a fit for me.
