Cannot disclose the exact problem, but it was based on string parsing and matching an input given to the program.
Gave multiple approaches and was able to solve the problem, as well as the follow-up question.
Got rejected after following up multiple times with the recruiter.
Very surprisingly, the interviewer feedback was that I "did not solve the problem in the given time." Lol, very funny. If that were the case, why would I even follow up for feedback? I know I had solved the problem.
Advice: Please do not schedule interviews to be conducted by juniors for a senior-level position. Judgment should be right.
