- I really like the size of the company... it has that high-growth startup feeling, but the headcount and resources of a larger company.
Jay and the leadership team are very accessible and have done an excellent job growing the company. In all-hands meetings, I feel like they are much more honest and matter-of-fact than some other CEOs I have worked under in the past.
Fast growth means some of the tooling and processes need some love.
