The interview process at Confluent usually involves: * A coding challenge * A phone screen * An onsite loop with multiple interviews

The process took nearly two months to finalize. Every time they asked about my availability, upon providing my available times, they requested dates for the following week, not the week they initially inquired about. I cleared the first phone scree

The interview process was split into 3 parts: * A qualifier technical round. * Followed by 3 system design + DSA rounds. * And then finally a behavioral round with a senior manager. DSA questions were mostly LeetCode medium.
