Remotely, everyone logs off at 5 PM. There's very little passion for the product, and very little diversity as well. Product management was a mess, which led to lots of engineering issues.
The process included an initial phone call, followed by a live coding challenge in the language of choice, Python. The challenge lasted approximately 45 minutes. The difficulty of the problem, I would say, was LeetCode medium.
The interview process was split into 3 parts: * A qualifier technical round. * Followed by 3 system design + DSA rounds. * And then finally a behavioral round with a senior manager. DSA questions were mostly LeetCode medium.
The interview consisted of: * 5 rounds * 3 LeetCode-style questions * 1 manager round * 1 system design round The LeetCode-style questions were easy, and it was a great experience overall. The manager and system design rounds were fair. T
