Everything was quite shoddy and chaotic.

People didn't know how to send a Zoom invitation, the interview duration kept changing on the fly, they'd tell you one type of interview and it ended up being another (a technical test, but you ended up talking to a manager about how you work), etc.

Then, when the offer finally arrived, they outdid themselves. A whole month (literally) of stalling with excuses:

• Today is a holiday and the committee isn't meeting.
• Next week I'm on vacation.
• The project manager can't meet this week...

among other things.

Furthermore, you couldn't find out the salary or conditions throughout the entire process. Two months to not even know what they were offering.
