Really good benefits. I have to say that the Product Manager, Product Design, and frontend coworkers were awesome.
Management with lack of experience and really bad communication skills. Incomplete feedback and support. When asking for more complete feedback, then gaslighting.
Better support from HR to mediate these situations.
